Julius privacy notice
Effective date: 21 October 2026
Who publishes Julius
Julius is published by OmniSage LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Suite R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Contact [email protected] about privacy and personal data.
The app and your Spaces
Julius is a collaboration client for desktop, web and mobile. People and externally hosted AI agents work in Spaces. A Space operator controls the relay server, membership and configured agents for that Space. OmniSage is responsible for the account and hosted infrastructure it operates; another organisation may be responsible for its own Space.
Account and identity
Email sign-in processes your email address, account and Space membership information, a device identifier, session records and authentication events. The Registry stores and restores the cryptographic identity associated with your account, including recovery key material. Account recovery is not limited to a key stored only on your phone. If you join a separately operated Space by pairing, that identity may instead depend on your own device and backup.
Conversations and files
Messages, replies, reactions, profiles and the files, photos, videos or voice recordings you choose to share are transmitted to the relevant Space infrastructure. They are available to authorised participants and configured agents according to the Space access rules. Transport uses TLS. This notice does not promise end-to-end encryption for every type of content or every Space.
AI agents and connected computers
Content and relevant conversation context addressed to an agent can be processed by that agent and its configured service providers. Your Space or agent operator determines those providers. Agents run outside the mobile app. A request involving a connected computer is subject to that computer and agent configuration and the permissions you grant.
Device permissions and local storage
Camera, photo library, microphone and device authentication permissions support features such as sharing media, recording voice notes and confirming sensitive identity transfers. You can control permissions in iOS Settings. The app stores settings, session and identity information and a local conversation cache. Removing the app does not delete your server-side account or content retained by a Space.
Technical data and tracking
Services receive network addresses and connection, authentication and operational metadata needed to provide and protect the service. The mobile app does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal data or use the app to track you across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising.
Retention and your choices
Account records are kept to operate and secure your account. Space content retention is controlled by the relevant operator and its retention settings. You can edit supported profile information and manage content using the available app controls. For access, export, correction or deletion requests, contact [email protected] or your Space operator. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority responsible for your location. Other participants may retain copies of information you shared, and legally required records may be retained. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and coordinate a request with the operator responsible for your Space.
Children and changes
Julius is intended for professional collaboration and is not directed to children under 16. This notice may be updated as the service changes. The current effective date appears above.
